Common questions
The things people ask before they come.
No. Anyone can request any space in the house. Members pay a kinder rate and can book the four B1 meeting rooms instantly, without asking.
Yes — pick your space, date and time on the request form and tap Check availability. We will tell you straight away whether that slot is free, and if it is taken we show the nearest times that are not. No need to message us first. Checks are capped at five a day per device: the full calendar stays private so nobody can work out who is in the building or read the week wholesale, and five is more than enough to settle a real booking. Members see the whole calendar and book on the spot.
Within 2 working days, on WhatsApp. If the room is free you get a provisional hold for 48 hours with the rate. The bigger spaces still need a yes from the team before it is final.
Half an hour. Slots run in 30-minute steps from 06:00 to 23:00, so book only the time you need.
Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 23:00. Closed all day Sunday — no bookings of any kind.
Yes to the event, no to selling tickets through us. Put your registration wherever you like and send people the link — we will list it on the events page if it is open to the neighbourhood.
The cafe has a 4m counter, an oven, an induction hob and a sink, and you are welcome to all of it. Bring caterers if you would rather. The kitchen goes back the way you found it.
Every booking comes with a door code. Members see it in the app from 06:00 the day before, and it works from one hour before your booking until 15 minutes after; one-off bookings get theirs by WhatsApp once confirmed. It opens the gate, the front door and your room.
Text the steward on duty — the number sits on your booking, and someone is always reachable. A booking that does not open a door is our problem to fix, not yours.
Your code only works for the hours you have booked, so book the hour before if you need it. It is the cheapest hour you will ever spend on peace of mind.
Level 1 is street level and step-free, a lift serves levels 2 and 3, and B1 has a side ramp. Toilets on L1 and L2, one on L3.
You are welcome to park inside — just never in the handicap lot. As the building gets busier we will start charging for parking, so the lots are shared fairly. Members will be able to draw it from their credits first.
Lights and aircon off, chairs and tables back where they were, bins out if you have used the kitchen. Leave it the way you would like to find it.
General is $360 a year and comes with $720 of booking credits. Resident is $360 a quarter with $720 of credits each quarter, and a much bigger share of the seats.
Seats, mostly. General members get two half-day seat slots a week; residents get eight, and see the coworking roster. Everyone books up to three months ahead.
Yes. We ask every applicant which church they are part of, and it is the one question we do not leave blank. Harbour@360 is a Christian community first and a workspace second.
We reply within 5 working days. If it looks like a fit we will invite you to a group intro session so we can meet properly, and membership starts once we both say yes.
Honestly, no — and we would rather say so now than disappoint you later. Members are expected to know people, come to something once a month, and put a hand up when help is needed. If a quiet desk is all you need, booking by the hour may suit you better.
You are still welcome here. Book a room by the hour, come to the open events, and apply again when your season changes.
Yes, and they come in with you rather than around you. Guests do not get their own code, and you are the host while they are in the building.
Tell us. We would far rather talk about a quiet season than watch someone drift off without a word.
No. Twenty-five seats, booked in half-days — mornings 08:00 to 13:00, afternoons 13:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. Sit wherever suits the day.
There's no waitlist and no queue-jumping — take another half-day, or book a meeting room.
Cancel at least 12 hours ahead and there is nothing to pay and nothing on your record. Later than that, or not turning up, leaves a quiet note on the booking — enough for a conversation, never an automatic penalty.
Residents can see who is coworking each day. General members cannot, and nobody outside the house can. If you would rather not appear, one switch in your profile keeps you off the roster for good.
Credits first — members have a quarterly pot, and room cost comes off it automatically. Anything beyond your credits is settled with the team — message +65 8974 1544 on WhatsApp and we will tell you how. There is no card payment in the app and nothing is ever charged automatically.
Big spaces — the hall, the cafe, the studio, the whole coworking floor — need full payment at least 21 days before the date. Book inside 21 days and it is due within 48 hours of the yes. Meeting rooms need nothing upfront beyond the holding fee. Miss a deadline and we take it the slot is no longer needed, so it goes back to whoever asks next.
The refund tiers run off the booking date, and the $20 holding fee stays with us either way. Comparable Singapore venues typically return half at 14 days and nothing inside that, and some ask for full payment on booking; we hold the money later and give more of it back.
| 14 days or more | Full refund, back onto your credits |
|---|---|
| 14 to 7 days | Half the money back |
| Inside 7 days | No refund — unless someone else takes the date, then we refund you |
Simpler — two tiers, and the money comes back either way. Most hourly rooms in town ask 24 to 48 hours notice; a small room is easy to fill, so 12 is enough for us.
| 12 hours or more | Money back in full |
|---|---|
| Inside 12 hours | Money still comes back, 1 point on your record |
No — booking a room costs nothing up front, member or not. We would rather not charge everyone for something a handful of people do. Instead it is handled by process: cancel twice and the next bookings need a $10 deposit up front, non-refundable, which lifts once you have booked and turned up a few times. Everyone is capped at two upcoming room bookings as well. Big spaces are different — a $20 holding fee, non-refundable, whoever books.
Once, yes. Ask at least 14 days before the date and the holding fee carries to any new date within three months of the original booking, subject to what is free. Ask later than that and it counts as a cancellation, so the refund tiers apply — otherwise a move would be a way around them. If nothing suitable is open, the holding fee stays with us; it paid for holding the first date. Meeting rooms are simpler: cancel and rebook up to 12 hours before, and your credits come straight back.
Your term starts the day you are admitted, not on 1 January or the first of a quarter. New resident members begin with three months, extended by another three, and after that the published path is quarterly renewals. Credits arrive with each term and expire on its last day — unused credits do not carry over, so there is nothing to hoard and nothing to lose track of. Membership and credits always end on the same date.
Nothing is pro-rated. We date terms from your join day, so a 12 May start runs to 11 August and renews from there. It keeps the sums honest — you pay for three whole months and get three whole months of credits. Renewal reminders come a fortnight before, and there is a short grace period after, so a slow week never costs you your place.
There are four rate tiers, and the team can put any booking on a supported or sponsored rate. If cost is the thing standing in the way, ask — quietly is fine.
