- L3 — lift from street level.
- Include set-up and pack-down in your booking. Switch off lights and air conditioning, return the furniture and clear up before you leave.

The holding fee is never refunded. Refunds go back to your credits if you paid with credits, or to the account you paid from.
Changed your mind straight away? Cancel within 15 minutes of your booking being confirmed and everything is refunded, holding fee included.
